BEFORE PROCEEDING (ALL APPLICANTS MUST MAKE A PET SCREENING PROFILE, EVEN INDIVIDUALS WITHOUT PETS AT THE LINK BELOW)

Individuals WITHOUT pets must complete the online affidavit, while Pet/Animal Owners shouldgather​ current vaccination records​, veterinarian information and snapshots of their pet/animal.

Animal Policy: If applicable, We use a third party site petscreening.com to confirm all animal information. All applicants must create a profile and if approved, a lease can be offered (No charge for “No Pet” and “Assistance Animal” profiles. “Household Animal” profiles $20 fee by ACH; $25 fee by Credit Card/Debit). An additional refundable animal deposit of $300 is required and a monthly charge of $35 per month will be charged. After each year, all profile types will need to be renewed. The household pet profile is the only profile that is associated with a renewal fee. The renewal cost is $25 when payable by credit card/debit card or $20 when payable by ACH. If you renew early (can renew up to 90 days before expiration), you can save an additional $5, which would be $20 for a credit/debit card or $15 by ACH payment.

Application Fee: $35.00/application ($35.00 Credit/Background/Eviction) will be required if a Portable Resident Screening Report link is NOT provided to landlord from prospective applicant.

The application takes approximately 20 minutes to complete and we recommend that you double-check the information you provide to ensure there is no delay with your application. Once you submit your application, you will not be able to modify or change it.
